Technical Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our
dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in
overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical projects.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are
completed on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality.

About The Role
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives,
timelines, resources, and budget, ensuring alignment with company
goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle and
implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to
project schedules and outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and address
concerns as they arise through an issues log.
• Monitor project scope and manage changes, ensuring that any
deviations from the original plan are properly evaluated, documented,
and communicated to relevant parties.
• Integration experience is essential as we build end-to-end solutions
on top of monday.com.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including
project plans, schedules, progress reports, and post-project
evaluations.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and managing
expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices,
applying lessons learned from previous projects to enhance overall
project management effectiveness.
Your Experience & Skills
• Native German speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading and successfully
delivering complex technical projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best
practices e.g. Scrum, Agile
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional
teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to
challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
