Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative activities within the organisation
- Managing and scheduling audits into auditors' diaries, ensuring all audits are booked
- Replying to generic emails, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Updating client files in the company database, ensuring client database is always up-to-date
- Receiving and reviewing customer enquiries
- Calculating number of audit days and creating quotations
- Following up quotations
- Onboarding clients onto company database is quotation is accepted
- Working alongside technical department to maintain auditor/staff competencies
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks
