Job Title: Graduate Cover Supervisor - Maths, Science, and English

Job Overview: We are seeking recent graduates with a background in Maths, Science, or English who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational development of students while preparing yourself for a rewarding teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, ensuring the safety and engagement of students.

Lesson Delivery: Facilitate learning by following pre-set lesson plans and materials provided by the classroom teacher.

Student Support: Provide guidance and assistance to students, answering questions and promoting independent learning.

Behavioural Support: Address and manage any behavioural issues in a professional and supportive manner.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and school staff to support the overall educational experience of students.

Qualifications:

• A recent Bachelor's degree in Maths, Science, or English (or a related field).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
• A passion for education and a desire to pursue a teaching career.

Desired Experience:

• Experience working with children or young adults, either in a formal educational setting or through volunteering, coaching, or mentoring.
• An understanding of classroom dynamics and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
