Job Description:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a SEN school, you will:
- Provide Support: work one-to-one or in small groups with students with various learning needs, including Autism and ADHD.
- Assist the Classroom Teacher: help to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
- Personalised Support: tailor your support to the individual needs of each student to ensure that they can thrive academically and socially.
- Emotional Support: support and encourage students and be empathetic to the challenges they may face.
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- A genuine passion to support those with special educational needs.
- Previous experience supporting those with special educational needs is desirable.
