Our global Graduate Programme is designed to bring together change makers with a diversity of perspectives and equip them with the tools needed to accelerate their personal and professional development. The two-year programme allows you to explore the world while developing your career. You will be taken on three rotations around the globe where you will work in a fast-paced environment and grow in ways you never could have imagined. You will be exposed to the entire Novo Nordisk value chain while being challenged to explore your boundaries and reach your full potential. 

 

About the Global Digital Business track 

 
When you join the Global Digital Business track in Novo Nordisk, you’ll be part of the Digital, Data & IT area of our organisation, where we enable and drive digital, data & IT solutions together with the entire Novo Nordisk value chain. That means that you’ll be able to have a direct impact on the strategic direction of Novo Nordisk and the technology that can change lives for our patients and the way we work.  

 

You'll dive in from day one, bringing your fresh mindset and innovative ideas to a team of passionate and excited colleagues. This graduate programme is your chance to experiment with your skills, passion and motivation and define the next step in your career. You will work with talented colleagues and mentors who will be involved in your personal and professional development. 

 

During your rotations, you will join different parts of Digital, Data & IT to understand how these support our business and, in the end, help millions of patients worldwide. We are the playground where your innovative ideas will thrive and where opportunities for development are just around the corner. Agile teams, R&D labs, business innovation garage and IT infrastructure - we've got it all! Furthermore, you will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people at Novo Nordisk. 

 

The position 

During the two-year programme, you will undertake challenging and exciting rotations. You will start your journey with a rotation in Denmark, allowing you to get to know our business and develop your digital mindset even further. The second rotation will be outside of Denmark, where you will get the opportunity to take a deep dive into one of our business areas before returning to Denmark again for your third and final rotation. You will work as a full-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to your rotation. You will work independently and drive your own responsibilities as well as collaborate with team members on shared projects.

Qualifications 

To apply for the Global Digital Business track, you must have: 

 

A relevant master’s degree from 2023 or 2024 within strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, innovation or similar  

International experience either from studies abroad, internships or volunteering 

Relevant work or study experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies 

Courage to experiment and make decisions, a can-do attitude and an appetite for learning 

Willingness to be part of an international and diverse team culture 

Global mobility and professional fluency in English
