JD.com TET Program-International Recruitment 2024

A few years ago, JD.com began its international business. With joint ventures in UK；Netherlands；Germany，France and Singapore. JD.com continues to extend its reach to the world. 

To accelerate this effort, since 2007, JD.com has launched the management trainee project "The Eagle Team" - TET (The Eagle Team). As a strategic talent project, it aims to internally cultivate middle and senior management with a deep understanding of Jingdong culture, good business acquaintance and capability to promote implementation of strategies. JD.com is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious applicants for The Eagle Team (JD’s Management Trainee Program) Overseas, to join the company on this exciting journey. This unique talent development program will provide an opportunity for graduates with leadership skills to kick off their careers at one of the world’s fastest growing companies.

Job Requirements 

1- Graduating in 2023 or 2024 with a bachelor degree or higher (Economics, Finance, Estate，Architecture majors preferred) 

2- Flexibility and willingness to work in UK；Netherlands；Germany，France and Singapore.

3- Native speakers of UK；Netherlands；Germany，France and Singapore, and fluent in English with basic Chinese language skills 

4- Good communications ability and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects; a strong team player
