Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist – Liverpool

Salary dependent upon experience, from £27,603 (£30,801 FTE)

Term time working (41 weeks) on full or part time basis

Are you a Speech and Language Therapist looking to effect real change for children and young people? 

Shine Therapy Services is a multi – disciplinary practice offering occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and sensory integration therapy. Our aim is to help children and young people to realise their maximum potential in all aspects of life so that they can SHINE!

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapist on a full or part time basis to work within the Liverpool area. Start date dependent on candidate availability. 

Our team works in mainstream and specialist education settings, with children and young people with a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs. You will be expected to deliver clinical assessment and intervention appropriate to such needs and difficulties, and to provide support to education teams.

You will join an established and supportive multi – disciplinary team of professionals and be provided with clinical supervision to develop or consolidate your knowledge and skills.   

We welcome applications from therapists with a strong interest in paediatrics. A minimum of 1 years’ practical experience with children and young people in a work or voluntary capacity is desirable. 

The post would be suitable for those based in the Merseyside areas. Access to personal transport is desirable.

It is essential that you have HCPC and RCSLT registration. You will also be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
