The role as a graduate recruitment consultant;

  • Sourcing candidates using the ATS system and LinkedIn for live roles with our retained clients.
  • Approach passive candidates by headhunting & sending personalised messages on LinkedIn.
  • Managing world-class processes from start to finish including, interviewing, prepping and closing candidates.
  • Setting and achieving ambitious goals and targets.
  • 10 hours of learning & development facetime each week in your first month.

 

Essential criteria for the role of a graduate recruitment consultant;

  • Personality: you spend more time with your colleagues than you do with your friends and family, so the personality of a colleague must be helpful, not harmful.
  • Purpose: our mission is big, and getting there will be hard. We need everyone pulling in the same direction to make it more achievable. An individual's purpose is critical to us achieving our goals.
  • Performance: we need colleagues who have performed at high levels previously. This can be within recruitment or outside of it. In any circumstance, we need people who can show they can perform consistently at high levels.
  • Perseverance: going against the norm is hard. Breaking records is harder. Maintaining your standards to be the highest possible is harder again.
  • Personal Accountability: you can only be successful if you take ownership of what happens as a result of your choices and actions.

 

Along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and having a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
