Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Product / BA:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in private markets and gain a deep technical understanding of ACX analytics.
  • Write clear and concise requirements documents, transforming user requirements into development specifications.
  • Create comprehensive test scenarios and data to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align tactical and strategic roadmaps with client needs.

Sales Support:

  • Demonstrate the product's capabilities and articulate various use cases effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into solutions and development paths.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align tactical and strategic goals to achieve business objectives.

Client Onboarding:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients during implementations, actively listening to and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of historic datasets and provide necessary support.
  • Present and advocate for changes to the roadmap based on client requirements.

Support:

  • Maintain daily communication with clients, utilizing your expertise in private markets and ACX analytics calculation engine.
  • Analyze and debug issues, providing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (STEM subjects).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with private markets and analytics is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to work with development teams.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
