Nurse - Preceptorship

Are you a final year Mental Health or Learning Disability student nurse or you have newly qualified as a mental health or learning disability nurse? Would you like to work in a specialist mental health and learning disability trust that values, respects and invests in its staff?

We are currently recruiting newly qualified nurses to join our diverse range of clinical services in Leeds and York and we are looking forward to supporting you as a newly qualified nurse through our preceptorship programme.

We recognise that the transition from being a newly qualified practitioner to becoming an experienced member of the multi-disciplinary team can be an exciting and challenging experience. Therefore, we have developed a highly regarded, confidence building preceptorship programme to support you as you start your nursing career. As part of our preceptorship programme, you will undertake a preceptorship framework which aims to promote professional development based on an extension and expansion of skills acquired throughout your clinical training.
