VetPartners Graduate Programme

 At VetPartners, we have a variety of practices across the UK and are ever growing. Within our Graduate Development Programme, Small Animal, Equine, Farm, and Mixed practices offer paths to confidence as a Veterinary Surgeon, in your areas of interest. Our new cohorts meet collectively in September, and come together for focussed events over two years. Many of our practices participate, giving varied opportunities to explore from the start of your career.

VetPartners was founded by Vets for Vets – making us ideal for new graduates to learn and develop, with the full support of the wider VetPartners family, striving together for clinical excellence.

Our dedicated Recruitment Team work hard to make the perfect pairing between practice and Vet – making sure you find the right location, with support in place for you to thrive.

The programme offers a blended learning approach of training days, in-house mentoring, CPD, and clinical practice, creating a varied platform for you to grow and develop as a New Grad.

No two practices are the same, nor any two Vets. In recognition, you will be offered both supportive 1-to-1 and group mentoring sessions, for engagement and interaction, as you develop an invaluable skillset. From surgical/medical experience, to enjoying teamwork, providing refined customer service, and gaining business knowledge to support the security of great patient care.
