About the Role 💻

• The EasyA Graduate Scheme offers a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of the different areas (Events, Marketing, and operations) within EasyA. We pride ourselves on offering grads with a unique opportunity to learn about multiple business areas all in one grad scheme.
• The duration of this Grad Scheme is 12 months, during which you will have the opportunity to work across 3 different business roles at EasyA. 

Responsibilities ✍️

Throughout the EasyA Graduate Scheme, you’ll have the unique opportunity to rotate through 3 various business roles within EasyA, including:

• Events: our events team runs all of EasyA’s events, including our flagship hackathons which routinely attract hundreds of the world’s best developers across the globe. Enjoy interacting with a young, ambitious and super smart demographic? You’ll love this area!
• Marketing: responsible for bringing new people to EasyA, from students to young professionals and beyond! You’ll help create content and ideate on new marketing strategies to supercharge our growth. Got creative ideas or growth hacks you’d love to put into practice? This is the perfect opportunity for you!
• Business Operations: works with our top tier blockchain partners (worth a combined $125B+) to maintain our relationships and ensure that they are looked after for the duration of our working relationship. You’ll also help cultivate new relationships across a range of exciting companies. Are you a business savvy person with entrepreneurial drive? This is your chance to shine!

About you 👤

• A graduate with strong relevant experience from a top UK university. 
• Great organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for tech and working at startups. We’re looking for candidates who can clearly articulate why this role is right for them!

From day 1, you’ll be executing independently and will learn more in your first 3 weeks at EasyA than you learnt in 3 years at uni. Sound like the place for you?

Application Process 📝

We move fast! This process takes 1-2 weeks approximately. 

• 30-minute initial interview with co-founders Phil and Dom
• Written assessment (typically a few questions about hypothetical work scenarios)
• Final 1-hour in-person interview at our office in London

£24,000 - £28,000 per year + performance bonus
