The Role: Graduate commercial support - CIS Europe

The Location: Franc - PARIS 40 RUE DE COURCELLES

The Team: The CIS Europe sales specialist team is responsible for promoting Market Intelligence content via Datafeed. The team of 8 individuals is spread across Europe and serve clients from all segments (IB/IM/NFC).

The Impact: As a commercial support you are helping the sales team in every steps of the opportunity process (campaign, prospection, product demo, commercial/legal proposal, closing and renewals).

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for driving the process of product campaign
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide assistance and maintain relationship
• Proactively engage with with existing clients and support them with renewals
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to gather product updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Individual with commercial acumen
• A masters or Bsc degree completing no later than 2023
• Analytical/methodological skills
• High level of career ambition
• Fluent in English (+European language is desirable)
