QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Altitude Services Ltd.

Near Burnley, Lancashire
Salary: £45k per year with company car + fuel, laptop and phone
Full-time, permanent, direct hire
Start date: ASAP

Experience and skills required:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 3+ years experience of QS on Civil / NEC projects
  • Provides commercial support to contract manager
  • Reviews project plans and provides quantity takeoffs
  • Ensures materials are bought at the best price and delivered on-time
  • Ensures all work and materials are compensated
  • Understands compensation events for NEC contracts
  • Undertakes on-site measurements
  • Supports Operations team
