Pre-Registration Development -Occupational Therapy

Are you an Occupational Therapy student due to graduate this summer 2024 and looking to secure your first job?

 We are looking to be able to offer promises of employment as Rotational Band 5 Occupational therapist in our Lincolnshire based services either Grimsby or Scunthorpe on successful completion of your studies at university. 

In addition to securing your first post early we will support your studies with 

• £500 towards CPD activities 
• Pay your first two year HCPC membership fees. 
• A bank contract will be thrown in for free! 

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS FT has a long history of supporting new graduates in their first few years of practice and preparing them for their career progression whether that be through structured Preceptorship Programs or access to the Development Team or mentoring. 

The purpose of this post is to provide a high standard of occupational therapy service undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. 

Participate in the band 5 rotational scheme which involves 6 monthly rotations working across a range of acute and community settings. 
You will participate in seven day working within these services where they are provided.
