Role 
 
With a strong track record of developing graduates to top performers and future leaders, we are now looking to recruit our graduate intake for September 2024. You will join a team in our London business where you will learn to become a 360 degree recruitment consultant by combining structured training with practical application. Over time we will support you to develop skills in sales, talent acquisition, business development, account management, negotiation and influencing in order to develop your own fee earning desk. As a fast growing business, your success will ensure rapid career advancement with no barrier to what you can achieve. 


Successful Applicant 
 
This role will be best suited to a graduate looking to develop real-world business experience in a start-up SME environment. Preferably, you will have an interest in the business world, will have gained some previous work experience in a customer facing role, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you will be well organised, great with systems, have an eye for detail and a thirst for knowledge.  
 
The nature of our industry dictates that the most successful associates are those that show the hardest working and proactive behaviours. We are looking for people who can bring creative ideas and entrepreneurial flare to genuinely help us grow and develop our business. Whilst we will provide the training and development in order to succeed in this job, it is paramount that all applicants are prepared to partner that with hard work and resilience.
