Junior Business Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-expanding company as a Business Analyst. The role involves analysis and client support within the Investment environment, with particular focus on wealth management.

With the right drive, value structure and willingness to learn the Applicant will be able to learn all the principles of Investment Management and how Investment Managers operate Models to diversify risk with the associated pre-trade analytics which are vital in managing investments. The environment is professional with a client list containing major Investment Managers. Delivering solutions and managing client expectations is a major factor when analysing/solving issues and providing client support.

Reporting to: Business Analyst Manager

Key Responsibilities:

o Business Analysis. The ability to understand the principles of Investment and Wealth Management. A good understanding of financial products is expected to be learnt. The role requires the ability to understand and develop knowledge within the Investment market. The focus is on the ability to study and learn.

o Data Analysis. The ability to provide data support to clients. This involves developing a sound understanding of securities and transaction data and the role they play within the investment environment.

o Support. There will be an element of problem solving when dealing with Clients. The individual is expected to have the ability to logically assess a problem and deliver a suggested solution.

o System Testing. Using a logical mind to examine processes.

o Accuracy. Attention to detail with a strong work ethic is key; a positive attitude is very important.

o Communication. To have strong client facing skills.
