Junior Data Engineer

We are currently looking for a self-motivated Associate Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. You will be a data-driven problem solver with a passion for technology and collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced environments and relish the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry leaders.
Data is a key differentiator in our market, with huge potential for driving business decisions and customer value. Our Technology team is building a new Data platform capability as part of a wider re-platforming of our leasing business.
WHAT'S THE ROLE
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing robust data applications powered by cutting-edge technologies like Azure DataFactory, PowerBI, Qlikview, and SSRS.
- Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, translating business needs into impactful technical solutions.
- Continuous learning and development: Gain invaluable mentorship from senior developers and participate in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Ownership and accountability: Drive the design and implementation of clean, efficient, and effective data solutions that meet the highest standards.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering / Data Science / Computer Science or a related field.
- Passion for data engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Enjoys working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowladge / Experience with Azure DataFactory, PowerBI, Qlikview, and/or SSRS would be highly desirable.
