Graduate Quantity Surveyor
As a graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will become a valued member of our experienced QS Team and be involved in assisting with Project Management, negotiation and finalising of subcontractor’s to final account completion.
You will be involved in:
- Collating quotations, lead times, quality, and budget management.
- Procurement of sub contractors accounts
- Monitoring compliance with any building regulations, policies, or procedures.
- Valuations
- Developing your awareness of value engineering & risk management.
- Document Control & maintaining online up to date site inspection reports.
You will be a self-managed professional who is goal and deadline driven, have great technical ability to interrogate the various design, contractual, technical documents and identify risks and opportunity to bring to the Senior QS’s attention.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of one years' experience (placement/post qualification in a Quantity Surveying role).
- Strong IT Skills
- You must be articulate, yet critical, thinker and problem solver with strong technical ability with a willingness to learn.
- You must have strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
