Learning Support Assistant

At Burlington House School, we are committed to supporting our Learning Support Assistants to develop and progress, with qualifications and career opportunities. We can provide in-house and external training to help you move forward your career in education, including the Teaching Assistant Development Pathway and Level 3 SpLD qualifications. Over the past 10 years, our LSAs have been supported to progress into careers ranging from teaching and therapy, to educational law.

We are looking to add to our dedicated and inspirational Team of Learning Support Assistants, and this role offers you the opportunity to help create and develop a unique continuity of specialist provision across four key stages and three closely-located sites.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with our pupils alongside our specialist class teachers.
