Graduate Civil/Maritime Engineer

A2 Maritime are a fast-growing maritime infrastructure engineering consultancy looking for enthusiastic graduates to join the team in 2024. Our projects are hugely diverse, giving you the opportunity to play a significant role in a wide variety of consultancy work. Your professional development and path to chartership will be accelerated and supported by the team, but you will also be given the autonomy and responsibility to lead projects and to work and learn proactively. You will be given the exciting and unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development A2 Maritime to support our expanding client base.

If you have a degree in Civil Engineering (ideally Masters) and a strong interest in maritime engineering and want to join our young, diverse and dynamic team based in our central London office, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Join our team and immerse yourself in the planning, engineering and procurement of all types of maritime projects including container, bulk, ro-ro and renewable energy terminals. We specialise in inspections, asset management, sustainable solutions optimising carbon reduction, forensic investigations, options and feasibility assessments, detailed design, D&B, procurement and site supervision.

You can expect a mix of office and site activities, helping us deliver a huge range of exciting projects for our clients.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Civil Engineering graduate with a Master’s Degree.
  • A passion for maritime engineering and a story to tell us why.
  • A strong desire to learn and progress your career quickly.
  • Ideally some experience in a working environment.
  • Experience in a range of MS Office, AutoCAD and ideally structural analysis software.
