Position Overview
As a Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top-tier tech talent for the company. This position involves executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and contributing to the growth and success of the tech team.
Responsibilities
- Talent Identification: Utilise industry knowledge to identify and evaluate potential candidates for various tech roles.
- Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and the hiring team.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about technology trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to the hiring process.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with tech professionals, understanding their skills and career aspirations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand tech team needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Graduate degree.
- Tech Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of tech teams.
- Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
