Position Overview:
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Your linguistic proficiency in Dutch, coupled with your passion for delivering outstanding service, will contribute to the overall success of our client's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
