Role Overview:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be embarking on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment world. You'll be working closely with experienced consultants, honing your skills in candidate sourcing, relationship building, and the art of making the perfect match.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
Assist in the coordination of interviews and assessments
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics


Requirements:

Degree qualified with a strong academic background
A positive attitude and a passion for helping people succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
