**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • PGCE in Secondary English with QTS.
  • Passion for English literature and a commitment to promoting literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Relevant teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
