My client, a leading investment manager, is looking for a Seismic Content Administrator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with potential scope for extension.

My client, a leading investment manager, is looking for a Seismic Content Administrator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with potential scope for extension.

Newly created role joining the existing Marketing Operations function.

  • Good communication with stakeholders (incl. Compliance) to ensure timelines are well-understood for new content repackaging and provision to end users via Seismic
    •  
      • Contribute to the development, design, documentation of and user adherence to processes related to our use of Seismic ensuring effective processes are in place and w ell understood
      • Common approaches adopted to ensure consistent, timely and effective repackaging and publication of new content and updates to existing content
      • Consistent brand and layout applied to all content, flagging any inconsistencies to document owners
      • All content approved via established policies and processes as required before publication
      • Content mapped enabling the creation and maintenance of a single source of truth, incl. data flows
      • A reduction in the number and complexity of manual updates to content ('rekeying') by identifying opportunities for and implementing automated data driven updates
      • A Carry out additional support tasks as requested by the Marketing Operations Manager or Head of Marketing Operations and Services

 



Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

  • Document administration experience a must
    • Direct experience of working with Seismic
    • Excellent PowerPoint skills (master slides, sectioning, speaker notes, linked data)
    • High degree of competence in using Excel (to process and combine data sets)
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Personable and approachable
    • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Flexible approach, able to adapt to a changing business landscape and range of priorities
    • Naturally collaborative, able to actively listen and problem solve
  • Experience of creating and managing content on Seismic is required and ideally within a financial services marketing function.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and investment management industry preferred
