What is recruitment:

- An opportunity to manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process!

- This is a sales-focused role: we spend a lot of our time on the phone, selling our candidates to our clients and vice versa.

- We compete and work towards tight time-frames: Speed is key in order to be a successful recruiter (fulfilling hiring requirements, submitting candidate CVs, conducting screening calls).

- Pitching clients, maintaining long-term relationships and managing expectations are all an integral part of recruitment (this includes daily cold-calling)

- We conduct screening calls, advertising job descriptions, arranging interviews and conducting rejections/ offers of employment.

Interview process:

You will have an initial interview with one of our Internal Recruiters. During these calls we will dive into your current situation, motivations and how we could be a good fit for YOU.

The next step is a telephone interview with a hiring manager which could lead directly onto a final stage interview in the office to meet the Senior Management Team and experience ‘a day in the life of a Recruiter’.
