Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:00
Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Holidays: 22 days + Bank Holidays

The company is primarily based in Potters Bar with a strategic hub in London’s Mayfair. Our client base includes the 5th and 12th largest accountancy firms in the UK, as well as numerous public and privately owned groups in the Shipping and Oil & Gas sectors.

Job Description:
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn, multiple job boards and updating our candidate database
- Writing and advertising new roles on various job boards using high attention to detail
- Client relationship management
- Maintaining the company’s social media channels
- Business Development: you will learn how to generate leads for the recruitment industry using various means including mailshots, telecommunications, job boards etc.
- General admin and other adhoc tasks
Education & Skills:
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master's degree (min 2:1) in a relevant subject (Accounting & Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or HR)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of commerce and macro economics
- Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivated
- Eager and willingness to learn (must NOT have an ego - this is a small but professional team)
- IT Literate - MS packages, Database and social media
