Diagnostics Research And Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct research and development of ELISA assay kits, including the development of assay kit processes, formulation of product development project plans, and organization of project implementation.
  • Design and execute sample processing, experimental procedures, data analysis, and result interpretation.
  • Participate in product performance validation and clinical trials, evaluate the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of products.
  • Monitor and stay informed about the latest developments in clinical diagnostic technologies both domestically and internationally and conduct further technical research and exploration. During the development of assay kits, protect necessary patent elements and draft or lead the team in drafting patent applications.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
  • Possess a solid foundation in biology and biomedical engineering, understanding of molecular biology, immunology, clinical diagnostic principles, and related fields. Ability to perform laboratory operations and data analysis, familiarity with technologies such as PCR, ELISA, and cell culture.
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and technologies to address technical challenges in experiments.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistics, familiar with relevant software and tools.
  • Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely and effectively coordinate with team members, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
