Veterinary Research and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Master research techniques for specific pig diseases, advancing the progress of collective research on individual diseases.

2. Keep abreast of the latest updates on factors influencing swine health, researching and understanding the epidemiological characteristics, etiology, transmission pathways, and prevention and control methods of specific diseases. Develop targeted prevention and control plans.

3. Conduct pig farm inspections and management to ensure effective implementation of disease prevention and control measures in pig farming. Integrate global information and resources to address practical production issues.

4. Establish relevant management systems and systems, collect and analyse epidemic data, and provide decision-making basis. Independently complete project applications and conclusions to support production.

Qualifications:

1. Language: native-level Mandarin speaker preferred

2. Educational Requirements: Master's degree or above in Veterinary Medicine, Preventive Veterinary Medicine, Clinical Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Microbiology, or related fields.

3. Knowledge and Skills: Solid theoretical foundation in veterinary medicine, familiarity with animal anatomy, physiology, microbiology, immunology, and related knowledge.

4. Strong research and innovative capabilities, with good skills in experimental design and data processing.

5. Relevant internship or project experience preferred. Familiarity with the development trends and technological frontiers in the veterinary industry.
