We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, handling quotes, and contributing to design efforts for our projects.

What it Takes:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field nice to have

- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite nice to have

- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

- A proactive and positive approach

- Team-oriented

- Dependable, honest, and approachable

- Full UK Driving Licence
 

What You´ll Do:

- Estimation & Costing: Assist in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for HVAC projects. This includes analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation.

- Quoting: Handle quoting responsibilities by preparing, submitting, and managing detailed quotes for clients. Ensure that all quotes are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time.

- Project Support: Collaborate with the design team to provide input on HVAC system designs, modifications, and improvements.

- Quantity Surveying: Measure and value the work done on site. Assist in the preparation of contracts, bills of quantities and other documentation.
