Trade and Transaction Reporting Specialist - Charles Levick

My client, a leading wealth manager in London, is hiring an experienced Trade and Transaction Reporting Specialist who will act as an SME and oversee all the MiFID II TTR-related activities and processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of MiFID II transaction reporting

Identify, develop and implement an effective control framework to manage risk & mitigate errors

▪ Monitor daily transaction and execution quality reporting, ensuring failed and exception

reports are investigated, actioned and completed in line with regulatory requirements

▪ Work with Custodian to ensure transaction reporting process runs as efficiently as possible

▪ Work with vendor as required to ensure the execution quality monitoring is effective

Identify improvement areas and take action

Monitoring, reconciliation and reporting of internal FX positions

Coach and train new starters and less experienced team members

Experience required:

  • Experience in Trade and Transaction Reporting for MiFID II
  • Experience from a wealth manager, retail financial firm or stockbroker
  • Understanding of Fixed Income and Equity and securities would be a plus
  • Experience in Pershing would be a plus
