Graduate Electronic Design Engineer
This growing engineering company are seeking for a Graduate Electronic Design Engineer to join their driven team. They are a technology focused business with big aspirations for the future and want someone who shares their passion for the industry.
They have recently started working on some exciting projects and believe there is no better time to join the company. They have a strong team culture and a good track history of supporting and developing graduates.
You will gain exposure to a variety of aspects across the business, and you will need to adapt to what project you are working on (recent projects have included working with a unicorn company based in France!). This could be meeting with clients or helping design to project specifications.
This is an office based role where you will be researching and reading through specifications to ensure that drawings meet the correct requirements. The team will teach you how to use an industry leading software known as Eplan P8 3D along with the basics of control systems design.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in the Automation industry along with a strong understanding of electronic design principles.
Essential Skills
- Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Friendly, charismatic and outgoing personality
- Solidworks and AutoCAD experience
- Good communication- written and verbal
- Microsoft proficient – Excellent in Excel
- Knowledge/Experience in logistics and supply chain would be advantageous
- An interest in special purpose, automation or materials handling equipment
