Dusemond have been running Easter and summer camps for international teenagers since 2015, and will be running centres at Rugby School, Cheltenham College, Bedales School, Uppingham School, Goldsmiths University, York Queen Margaret's and Edinburgh Heriot Watt in 2024.

 

Contract lengths can vary from 4 -6 weeks throughout July and August.  You will need to be available for at least the whole of July (flexibility allowed for graduation dates)

We're looking for people to join us as residential House Parents with accommodation and meals included free of charge.

 

To responsibly lead the housing, supervision and welfare of our international students on the programme - planning and preparing for the smooth operation of the house, ensuring rules are followed and leading in resolving any house or welfare issues each day. 

To manage a house register, ensuring all students are “checked-in” at the end of each day and that curfew and quiet time is observed. In doing so, the house parent will need to demonstrate diplomacy, respect and authority

 

You must

be over 18 years of age. 
be eligible to work in the UK.
get an enhanced DBS check*
have a good level of English.

be organised & meticulous

 

It’s a plus
if you’re a first aider
if you’ve done this before!
