We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate E-Learning Designer & Developer to join our team based at our FarGo Studios, Coventry. You will join the team on a full-time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum.

Flick Learning is an established and highly successful e-learning provider to the education, early years, charity, public, manufacturing, food, leisure, and corporate sectors. Our library of courses enables organisations to meet all of their compliance-related online training needs.

We operate a Netflix-like subscription service giving access to our growing library of 125+ playful, quirky, and dare we say, enjoyable(!) e-learning courses.

We are looking for a Graduate to join our team, to develop and grow their skills. Experience in coding or building courses is not necessary, and in-depth training will be provided. Design graduates with a particular interest in tech would be particularly well suited to the role.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate E-Learning Designer & Developer:

  • Building e-learning courses in both Adobe Captivate and HTML
  • Preparing design assets for both e-learning and marketing – including imagery, animation, and video – using Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Writing and adapting content to make it suitable for e-learning format
  • Editing and adding voiceover content and other audio to the courses using Adobe Audition
  • Publishing, uploading, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting e-learning content on the flick Learning Management System
  • Supporting the distribution of content to external customers.

Skills and experience of the ideal Graduate E-Learning Designer & Developer:

  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud package – in particular, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong writing skills and an ability to adapt long pieces of text into short, digestible content
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills
  • Have a demonstrable eye for design and detail
  • Eager to learn and expand their skillset
  • Interest in tech/e-learning
  • Knowledge of coding is advantageous but not essential
