Position Overview

We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. The Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting our vocational courses, identifying and engaging with prospective students, and facilitating enrollments to ensure the continued success of Training 212.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their career goals, interests, and learning needs, and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Provide information and guidance on our vocational courses, including program details, admission requirements, and career pathways, to help prospective students make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through ongoing communication and follow-up, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions advisors, marketing, and student services, to ensure a seamless enrollment process and a positive student experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with prospective students.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering value and addressing customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their career aspirations through vocational training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
