HR Intern

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to dive into the heart of HR operations? We're on the lookout for a HR Intern to take on the role of providing comprehensive administrative support to our HR department.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and manage a spectrum of HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle: from contracts to references, ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and maintain employee records, both in physical and electronic formats.
  • Address HR queries through various channels, providing seamless support on benefits, policies, and system inquiries.
  • Generate reports from HR systems as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory registrations are current and compliant.
  • Participate in various HR projects to drive innovation and excellence.

About you

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of using IT skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the use of database systems.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
