About the Programme

 

Imagine yourself at the Redditch Innovation Centre, a hub of creativity dedicated to making corrugated packaging stronger, more sustainable, and waste-reducing. As part of our Material Optimization & Design team, you'll engage in predictive software testing, validating new product innovations, and contributing to key strategic projects.

 

In the R&D laboratory, you'll collaborate with directors, participate in innovation projects, and support various business aspects. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge testing tools, ensuring consistent packaging performance based on customer requirements.

 

Development Journey

About You

 

To be part of this exciting adventure, you need:

 

- A Master's Degree in Mathematics or Engineering or be on track to achieve this by September 2024.

- Full-time availability from 2nd September 2024.

- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

- Right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment

- Flexibility for travel as part of the role.
