Executive Research Analyst

As an Executive Research Analyst you will:
- Collaborate and support project leaders and consultants in one of the most important parts of the recruitment process - mapping and identifying potential candidates and relevant companies worldwide
- Work together with a project team across the full recruitment cycle, from start to sign
- Be able to deep dive into a variety of industries, companies and sectors, quickly accumulating knowledge and leveraging this understanding to deliver the best possible candidates to our clients
- Use your creativity and tenacity to come up with new solutions and sourcing strategies for each assignment and client
- Work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously
To be successful in this role it´s likely that you:
- In process of completing or have received a relevant academic degree, preferably Business, Economics or Engineering
- Have some previous working experience from sales, finance or business-related roles, besides studies (highly valuable)
- Have a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in a demanding environment
- Are eager and enjoy immersing in and structure business challenges
- Are a strong communicator and relationship builder
- Thrives being in a people business
- Are fluent in English (Verbal & Written communication), another language is a plus.
