Graduate Programme: Software Development

In this role, you will work with various teams within the Information Systems function to learn our systems and processes, primarily around SAP. You will be able to make an impact on our business by improving our efficiency levels and sales flow through.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Getting familiarized with systems: process orchestration system SAP for EDI integration, SAP system, development, quality, production (all subsets of SAP).
  • Training to learn related technology and stay up to date with latest advancements (online courses, in-house sessions, shadowing).
  • BAU tasks to support SAP and non SAP systems.
  • Assisting business analyst team with technical queries.
  • Documenting the technical solution.
  • Analysing issues and putting forward suggestions for improvements.
  • Collaborating across internal CMS teams and with external customers, vendors and partners to understand their needs and how we can support them.
  • Investigate and resolve issues raised in our IT Service Desk.

Skills & Personal Attributes: 

  • Degree in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.
  • Ambition, curiosity, and drive will be key attributes for success.
  • Valuing personal growth through continuous learning and development.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities & the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A keen interest in technology and its application in a business environment.
  • Lateral thinker with creative and solution-oriented mindset.
