Graduate IT Administrator

Are you a looking for a graduate technology placement? Would you like to work in an award-winning Scottish charity whose aim is to provide support to people affected by poor mental health or wellbeing? We have an exciting opportunity to join us for a 1-year graduate placement.

Job Purpose:

To work with Lochaber Hope to improve our systems and processes, including our CRM, digitising current paper forms and processes, and establishing automated notifications. 

The main duties and responsibilities of the IT Administrator are:

  • Digitise paper forms and processes.
  • Create appropriate systems for data capture within the organisation.
  • Support staff in collecting data for reports and capturing project outcomes more efficiently.
  • Create automated systems and notifications.
  • Improve organisation IT systems and document sharing
  • Trian staff to utilise Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office more effectively.
  • Create documentation and manuals relating to IT processes and operations in our organisation.

Skills and abilities for the role

Required: 

  • Degree level education (you must have graduated within the last four years).
  • A professional attitude and approach to the operations of Lochaber Hope.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise and self-manage work and demands.
  • IT skills with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems.
  • A can-do attitude and readiness to learn.
  • The ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Eligible to work in the UK/EU.
  • Enhanced PVG disclosure will be required

Salary - £22,604.00 (Pro Rata) 1 Year Placement 35 Hours per week.
