Fast Stream Mentoring Programme

The Fast Stream Gender Equality Network is running a unique mentorship programme for a limited number of young women to be matched with a current fast streamer, who will guide them through the often complex application process for the Fast Stream or towards a career in the public sector. This one on one mentorship, supported by professional mentorship organisation BelEve, will also include 4 upskilling workshops to support CV development and confidence building. 

 

The Civil Service Fast Stream Mentoring Programme, in collaboration with BelEve and the Fast Stream Gender Equality Network, is designed to provide mentees (women aged 18-22) with personalised guidance, insights, and support from experienced mentors within the Fast Stream. This unique collaboration brings a fresh perspective to mentoring, combining the excellence of the Fast Stream programme with BelEve’s commitment to empowering the next generation.
