Our Graduate Programme
We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Civil Engineering graduates, or a related degree programme graduates to come and join us. The roles will be based across a variety of live construction projects in London and the Southeast.
Our graduate programme is a year long during which time we’ll nurture and develop both your behavioral and technical skills. You’ll have a chance to work across different projects and gain exposure to departments of our business, building technical knowledge and industry experience. You must be available to start by September 2024.
What you’ll be doing
- Liaise with Senior Engineers, clients and subcontractors
- Keep accurate records
- Interpret and read technical drawings
- Responsibility for assisting with setting out duties
- General site administration
- Assist in developing CAD / Design drawings
- Responsibility for preparing QA and maintenance of these
- Use a range of computer software to develop detailed designs
- Ensure that projects run smoothly and are completed within budget and time frame

What we’re looking for
- Engineering related degree of 2.1 or above
- CSCS card
- Student/Graduate member of professional institution
