Graduate Group Project Coordinator

The Target Healthcare Group is a niche pharmaceutical developer, manufacturer and supplier to the retail pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical wholesaler, and homecare markets.

Within the Group, Target Healthcare is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of unlicensed medicines and hard-to source products. We offer an unrivalled product range, back by expert knowledge and exceptional customer service. Throughout the UK the Group employs over 400 staff including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse and customer services staff.

Due to our continue growth, we are looking to add a Graduate Group Project Coordinator to our Projects Management Team. As a Graduate Group Project Coordinator, you will drive projects forward and ensure that our colleagues achieve the outcomes required to allow us to continue delivering ‘best in class’ service to our customers.

The role of  Graduate Group Project Coordinator is dynamic and challenging. You will work with other Group Project Coordinators within the Group PMO as well as the Group Project Manager to drive projects forward and ensure the PMO meets business requirements. This involves working throughout every stage of the project from project initiation to operational handover. The Project Coordinator is the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and will work to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner by the appropriate people at the right time to achieve project deadlines.

Your role will include working at all stages of a project from initial concept right through to delivery and sign off. The Project Coordinator will be an interface between the Board, Senior Leadership Team, and all external consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

 As a Graduate Group Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plan(s), ensuring updates are recorded timely and accurately.
  • Reporting on project progress and cost, feeding into the Group Project Manager’s reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Group.
  • Supporting the identification of key project stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Monitoring and tracking project budgets throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitating meetings and site visits including logistics, invitations and schedules.
  • Writing notes and minute taking, including maintaining and updating project plans and action logs.
  • Provide support to the Group PMO Team and project team members.

Skills and Attributes Required

A degree is preferable in Business Management, Communications or similar. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.

In addition, you should be able to demonstrate.

  • Discipline in attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, with contributions to presentations and reports.
  • Strong written communication is required for internal communication but particularly for communication with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task whilst working to strict deadlines.
  • Driven approach to work and achieving results as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Excellent team player working within cross functional project teams to meet common objectives.

Hours of work, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Role can be based at our Northern Ireland or Burnopfield site

Biweekly travel to support ongoing projects
