The Trading Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of trading strategies, managing trade operations, and ensuring seamless trade affirmation processes, particularly with T0 affirmation experience. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for financial markets and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Trade Capture: Monitor electronic trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and derivatives. Monitor trade orders, reconcile trade confirmations, and liaise with brokers to ensure efficient trade execution. Publishing P&L and working with clients to resolve queries.

Trade Operations: Coordinate trade settlements and ensure smooth trade operations. Monitor post-trade processes, including trade allocations, confirmations, and settlements, to uphold operational efficiency and accuracy.

Process improvement: New business initiatives including set up of new traders and products

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with T0 trade affirmation processes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and trade lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in a trading assistan or/and trade support role within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant financial software.
