ICT Business Transformation Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative, motivated individual to join our dedicated team which is passionate about Business Transformation. The post sits within the ICT & Business Transformation Team and you will work across all Adult Social Care services, working alongside senior leaders, team managers, frontline staff and other key stakeholders. 

 

This role is key to supporting Adult Social Care to develop new ways of working that are efficient, effective and aligned to the key priorities outlined within the Adult Social Care Strategy and legislative changes.

 

You will actively engage and consult with partners and key stakeholders across Adult Social Care, Wakefield Council, Social Care and Health organisations, 3rd party Suppliers and People with lived experience to enhance the delivery of all Adult Social Care services.

 

You will lead the implementation of projects of varying size, scale and complexity, that delivers ICT Business Transformation improvements across our Adult Social Care Directorate, resulting in better outcomes for all those who use our services.

Are you committed to working with key stakeholders to understand our internal business priorities and develop opportunities to work in collaboration with Senior Leaders, Service Managers, Social Care Teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver new ways of working, allowing business change to be efficient and effective?

 

Are you passionate about cultivating relationships across Adult Social Care and the wider Council, so that people recognise the value of business change and how this translates into developing new ways of working?

 

Do you like working with teams, managers, partners and stakeholders to co-design (scope, plan and implement) new innovative ways of working?

 

Do you like to employ business improvement techniques that are built on business process approaches such as business analysis and Lean techniques?

Do you like listening to feedback and using this to influence and shape new ways of working that are data driven and enhance the experience of the person who uses our services?

Are you committed to working across teams, services, partners, managers and workforce to develop, enhance and integrate, where possible, so processes that they systematically connect across Adult Social Care to deliver transformational projects aligned to the Corporate Plan, and Adult Social Care Strategy?
