Do you want to…

  • Work in manufacturing, and be paid to travel to interesting and varied manufacturing sites around the country (and even the world), with the choice to keep exploring, or head home from Thursday night to Monday?
  • Use your technical skills and training to solve problems across a variety of industries, including but definitely not limited to pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, protective fabrics, and many more?
  • Make an immediate impact, helping client teams implement real improvements in manufacturing processes within your first month of work?
  • Receive tailored personal development coaching from day 1, in an organisation that values helping you grow your skills as quickly as possible?
  • Start work in September 2025 or February 2026?

If so, a career as an Operations Consultant at Chartwell could be for you! Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday – Thursday to work with the client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are – and how you’re going to fix them.
