Ecommerce Growth Executive

So what's the deal?

This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Growth Executive at FWD Ecommerce. The Ecommerce Growth Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of ecommerce strategies, analysing data and performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.


 

Some of the stuff you'll be working on:

  • Digital Marketing - strategy, planning and consulting on both organic and paid traffic channels.
  • Ecommerce Strategies - building and implementing high growth, high profit strategies.
  • Project Management - Ecommerce platform deployments and launch campaigns.
  • Digital Analytics - setting up tracking, and using the data to surface actionable insights.
  • Website Audits - building upon our best practice processes to uncover issues and opportunities.
  • Conversion Research - using all available techniques to build customer theories, hypotheses and actions.
  • A/B Testing - to disprove or prove research and increase conversion.
  • UX - research and wire-framing.
  • Business Intelligence - dashboards and reporting.
  • Custom Report Writing - creating clear and clean reports of analysis done, actions required, outcomes achieved.
     

You may be interested or have experience in:

  • Ecommerce and online retail
  • Digital Marketing, including social media
  • Website technologies, ecommerce platforms
  • Visual communications and design
  • Marketing copy, marketing psychology
  • Business Processes and design
  • Data, Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva, BI tools
  • Software engineering and dev
  • Product Management
  • Hustling
     

Details we’ll be looking for:

  • You’ve an excellent academic or hustle record. You’re probably  on track for a First Class degree. Or perhaps you’re going to just miss out because you’ve been too busy dabbling in entrepreneurship and side hustles! Even better, you’ve managed to do both.
  • You like to learn, but you’re also full of ideas and self initiative. You’re not afraid to bring stuff to the table or act independently when needed.
  • You quickly understand concepts and themes.
  • You speak well, you write well and you’re comfortable presenting your ideas.
     

A knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce and retail is ideal, but not required. We look for potential, not qualifications.
