About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support the research team and wider company in our development of specialist battery storage investment firm. Your will involve investigating technical, economic and financial data to inform decision making across the company, as well as communicate your results to senior management and external investors. Key responsibilities include:

1.            Technoeconomic evaluation of battery storage projects

2.            Developing and maintaining battery storage financial models

3.            Power market research

4.            Preparing presentations and monthly reports

About You

1.            An interest in the energy sector, specifically renewable energy and the energy transition

2.            Interest in research and analysing complex markets 

3.            Interest in investment and financial activities

4.            Organised and self-motivated

5.            Ability to clearly communicate technical details to non-experts 

6.            Bachelor’s degree in quantitative subject

7.            Experience in report writing 

This role would be well suited to a recent graduate with an interest in the energy transition.
