Junior UX Consultant

Initially you will join the SPARCK Academy foundations course to learn the tools and skills that will shape your future in research and design consultancy. Once you are assigned to a project the support and training opportunities don’t stop. You will be assigned a mentor to support you with your development, you will have access to a wide range of learning resources, and your fellow Academy Alumni.
About You
- Research, Design or UX background (e.g. Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Research Methods, Behavioural Sciences, Visual Design, Product Design, UX/UI, completed a UX bootcamp)
- Experience and skills within the User centred design family, for example, research, design and content.
- Passionate about research and user-centred design
- Keen to become t-shaped and skilled in multiple design disciplines
- Keen to get involved in multiple sectors and roles across a variety of locations (travel sometimes required)
- Passionate about learning and trying out new things
- Keen problem solver, taking ownership of work
- People first approach and mindset
- Empathetic and curious
- Proactive and drive ideas forward
- Not afraid of ambiguity and adopt a fail fast mentality
- Up for giving it a go and trying new things
- Good presentation skills and confident articulating project work to a team or client
